About Us
Founder and CEO, Adolfo Soberanis, holds a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis on Educational Psychology and is currently a doctoral candidate at U.C. Davis in the CANDEL program. He has over 30 years of experience working with children and families and a deep devotion to equity and inclusion built through community efforts. He holds a firm belief in the power of lived experience and parents as first teachers..
What’s the Inspo?
We all know there are problems with education. Inspired by the works of Dr. Maria Montessori, Gloria Anzaldua, and others, the founder created CGDCo to use some of the evidence based practices of psychology to enhance education and support all educators, from parents to teachers to program managers.
